Job Title: Travel Consultant Intern

Location: Nairobi (Ngong Road)

Duration: 3-6 months

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning and booking travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and tours.
  • Utilize the Galileo Booking System or Amadeus Booking System to search for and book travel options.
  • Support clients by providing accurate travel information and advice on destinations, transport options, and accommodations.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current travel trends and restrictions.
  • Assist in handling travel queries, cancellations, and rescheduling.
  • Ensure client satisfaction by delivering high-quality and timely service.
  • Help with administrative tasks such as preparing travel itineraries and processing travel documents.

Key Requirements:

  • Recently completed a degree/diploma in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding and practical experience with the Galileo Booking System or Amadeus Booking System (required).
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Good organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
