Responsibilities:
- Front Desk Management:
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Manage incoming calls, redirecting them to the appropriate department or individual.
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area to reflect our company's commitment to excellence.
- Administrative Support:
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Assist with scheduling and coordinating meetings, appointments, and conference room bookings.
- Provide general administrative support to various departments as needed.
- Communication:
- Effectively communicate with internal teams to relay important information and updates.
- Notify employees of visitor arrivals and ensure they receive prompt assistance.
- Customer Service:
- Address inquiries from clients and visitors, providing accurate information and excellent customer service.
- Handle client relations with tact and professionalism.
- Office Operations:
- Manage office supplies, placing orders as needed and maintaining inventory.
- Assist in coordinating office events and activities.
Requirements:
- Professionalism: A polished and professional appearance with a warm and welcoming demeanor.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Organization: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a busy and dynamic work environment.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficient in using standard office software and equipment; experience with phone systems and basic office machinery.

- Previous Experience: Prior experience as a receptionist or in a customer-facing role is preferred.
