- Lead and manage a team of laundry attendants, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure optimal performance and productivity.

- Plan and coordinate daily laundry operations, including sorting, washing, drying, folding, and ironing, to meet production targets and customer requirements.

- Maintain rigorous quality control measures throughout the laundering process, ensuring that all garments and linens meet the client's standards and specifications.

- Monitor inventory levels of laundry supplies, detergents, and other consumables, and coordinate with the procurement team to replenish stock as needed.
