Job Title: Travel Consultant Intern
Location: Nairobi (Ngong Road)
Duration: 3-6 months
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning and booking travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and tours.
- Utilize the Galileo Booking System or Amadeus Booking System to search for and book travel options.
- Support clients by providing accurate travel information and advice on destinations, transport options, and accommodations.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current travel trends and restrictions.
- Assist in handling travel queries, cancellations, and rescheduling.
- Ensure client satisfaction by delivering high-quality and timely service.
- Help with administrative tasks such as preparing travel itineraries and processing travel documents.
Key Requirements:
- Recently completed a degree/diploma in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field.
- Strong understanding and practical experience with the Galileo Booking System or Amadeus Booking System (required).
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Good organizational and time-management abilities.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
